Simply wet the hair and massage a small amount of shampoo on the scalp.
Leave it for 2-3 minutes before rinsing it thoroughly.
If using Hair Growth 5% Solution as a spray, apply the solution onto the affected area and spread it evenly with fingertips. Repeat 5 times until you complete a dose of 1 ml.
If using it as a dropper, fill the bottle to 1 ml mark and pump the solution onto the affected area before rubbing it in.
Take 2 tablets of Biotin everyday, 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner.
